1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the online shop norsefitapparel.com ("Shop") operated by Norsefit® ("Seller") for the purchase of sport apparels ("Products"). By accessing or using the Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 These Terms are in accordance with the consumer protection laws and regulations, including the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 - Codice del Consumo) for the protection of consumers in Italy.
2.1 The Shop is available for use only by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using the Shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration or order process and to inform the Seller promptly of any changes to such information.
2.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse access to the Shop, terminate accounts, cancel orders, or refuse delivery at their discretion.
3.1 The Shop offers a variety of sport apparels, including but not limited to clothing and accessories. The Products may be subject to availability and the Seller may modify or discontinue any Product without notice.
3.2 To place an order, you must add the desired Products to your cart, provide necessary shipping and payment information, and confirm the order. By confirming the order, you make an offer to purchase the Products.
3.3 The Seller will acknowledge the order by sending you an email confirmation. However, the confirmation email does not guarantee the availability or acceptance of the order. The contract for the purchase of the Products is formed when the Seller dispatches the Products to you and sends a shipping confirmation email.
3.4 The Seller reserves the right to limit the quantity of Products available for purchase and may cancel orders exceeding such limits.
4.1 The prices displayed on the Shop are in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes. Shipping fees, when applicable, will be added to the total price.
4.2 Payment for the Products is due at the time of order confirmation. The Shop offers various payment methods, including PayPal, credit/debit cards or other available online payment services.
4.3 The Seller retains ownership of the Products until full payment has been received.
5.1 The Seller will use reasonable efforts to deliver the ordered Products to the shipping address provided by you within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or other factors beyond the Seller's control.
5.2 If you are a consumer within the meaning of Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason. You must inform the Seller in writing of your decision to withdraw and return the Products in their original condition.
5.3 The Seller will reimburse the full purchase price of the returned items within 14 days of receiving the returned Products, excluding any shipping costs. However, the Seller may withhold reimbursement until they have received the Products back.
5.4 You shall send back the Products to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the Products before the period of 14 days has expired. You are liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Products.
6.1 The Seller is responsible for any defects or non-conformities of the Products as required by applicable laws and regulations.
6.2 In the event of any disputes arising from the purchase of Products, The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, which can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. If you are an Italian customer, you may follow the procedures outlined in the Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) for resolving consumer-related disputes.
7.1 The content, design, and intellectual property rights of the Shop, including logos, trademarks, and images, are owned by the Seller. You are not authorized to use or reproduce any of these without the Seller's prior written consent.
8.1 By using the Shop, you agree to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information in accordance with the Seller's Privacy Policy.
8.2 Any personal data will be kept strictly confidential in accordance with applicable Data Protection legislation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information on data protection. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
9.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Seller regarding the use of the Shop and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
9.2 The Seller may modify these Terms at any time without notice, and the updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Shop. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
9.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
9.4 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Italy.

How long do I have to return?
Any product must be returned within 15 days of delivery of the order placed on norsefitapparel.com. You may return your Norsefit® products in their original, unused condition for a full refund.
How do I return something to you?
If the purchased product is not the right one for you, send a message to +39 351 331 2417: this is the fastest way. Or you can email to support@norsefitapprel.com: it can take a little longer. Please, do not return damaged or incorrectly delivered goods unless told to do so by a member of our support team. Otherwise, this will delay the resolution of the problem.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must go through our return process and place a new order.
How can I make an order?
ADD your choices TO CART, then click on the 🛒 icon at the top right of the page and “Order on WhatsApp”, indicating the desired size(s) in the message.
Asap our customer care will send you the order confirmation, the request for the shipping address and the PayPal link for the payment; once you send the payment you made it!
Now wait your parcel comfortably at home.

How can I add the shipping costs?
In the order confirmation that we will send you, you'll see the total amount (products+shipping) and this will be the amount you'll have to pay via PayPal.
How can I add a discount code?
After sending the order, send another message with #DISCOUNTCODENAME: our customer care will send you the correct amount for payment.
